It should handle the heat better.Its a true Group 4 real honest to goodness synthetic. Not one of the ones that just use the wording SYNTHETIC because we can products.

i run Amsoil in everything, my truck uses it too, everything BUT the tranny. i don't like any sythetic tranny fluid, as the clutches don't seem to like it.

I used Amsoil AFT in mine and have not had a single problem from using it.
