i just had a allison swapped into my 2004.5 3500 now i have a p2127 active code. I had ecm calibrated to show a manual trans. is this what is causing my trouble and if so how can i fix it? i did try to reset my apps by removing the battery cables and letting it sit and pushing pedal to the floor with koeo. did now help. any suggestions?

 

Suggest to call Suncoast. They were the best source of info and parts on these swaps. I do not know if someone else has gained better info in the mean time.
