Up until now, my questions have been with concern of my 1st gen, however, a good guy from Mo, got a great truck, anway , my question is (crewcab needed) which year is most reliable, and for what reasons 03 or 06? I have found one of each basically stock mtrs, 03 6spd 120k miles or possibly 06 w/60k, loaded w/extras about 12k diff. I will do occassional lite truck work, nether will be daily driver. Doing the math with fuel $, im sure id come out ahead with gasser.
