Hey guys i have a 06 2500 4x4 and when the truck is out in 4wd the front end howls really bad when letting off the gas, but accelerating there is no noise as well at in 2wd there is no noise at all. Im not completely familiar with these axles. There is play in the front pinion and i know the bearings must be bad. I want to know what i should buy for parts.

I know i need a bearing kit but is there a certain one that you guys recommend?

Do i need a ring and pinion set?
