#4 fuel line

My boss has an 04 with a bully dog, intake, exhaust. His #4 fuel line keeps breaking. Is this common? Is there a fix? He has had to replace it about 4 times now and at $80 bucks a pop it gets expensive.

Do a search the #4 line is common to break. 80 bucks a pop roadside robbery! Tell him to call a local Cummins distributor and you can gt the lines for like 22 buck shipped.

Yup #4 is common. Look at the lines and you will see little blue clips holding the lines. The screws in there wiggle loose then the lines vibrate and eventually break. Get that little screw secure.

Can These be over tightened? Do they need to be torqued?

i dont believe they can be overtightened, my guess is the more tight they are the less the lines will move around causing them to weaken. yes they should be torqued, im not sure how much tho.
