Stupid as it may sound, maybe have AAFEES or Goodyear dismount the tire and check the wheels. I've seen it before where the wheels were out of balance. We balanced the wheels separately, then mounted the tires and re balanced. The guy doing it actually dismounted one of the tires again to rotate to reduce the amount of weight needed. You might also call around to the 4x4 shops and see who they recommend for mounting and balancing.

My dad works for Pep Boys and they did mine and I have had no problems. It did take them about a half hour per tire though. It was pretty comical watching these young guys struggling with those big tires.

Good Luck Rossn2. It's gonna be tough to take them off and go back to stock......

Just got back from Discount Tire. They have the neatest machine that does a RIDE MATCH....they had to dismount and move tire on rim, three of them and then balance. One tire is out of round and they couldn't get it in round...So I'm having AAFEES order me a tire. Discount Tire will mount it and RIDE MATCH that tire when it comes in....
what a pain, so buyer beware buying off the Internet...

Hey, it's Monday, Raining, in Central Texas, can't get contractor to build the 20X22 pad for new shed cause of rain, shot a 172lb Wild Hog Friday Night......

I've owned probably 10 sets of bfg allterrains and mud terrains and never had a problem with them. If you rotate every 5000 front to back and criss-cross you'll never have a problem with them I've got a friend who got over 60000 on set of alllterains on a 1500 dodge he did have the tires turned around and remounted. One problem with our trucks is the front bias weight of truck. When you turn corner there is a lot of weight loaded on outside of front tires they usually end up cupping after only a few thousand miles, if you keep rotating regularly the cupping usually goes back down when they wear. Hope this helps.

Between my brother a buddy and me we've all got over 50,000 out of our last sets of bfg mud tires. Mixed off road and highway. I wouldn't put anything else on my truck. Just rotate them and they'll last.

BTW les schwabs did my tires and I've had no problems.
