Well when this started I checked the oil it looked fine, now it is over full. I think that my wonderful reman injectors I got could not handle unhooking the the FCA, then new 33%. Over cp3 with the rail plug. I guess I'm glad it happened now not on the road somewhere.

Wanted to update this tread, because no one ever posts the solutions, just their problems, (at least it seems like it) I ordered BBI stage 1 injectors, just finished the install, and guess what, started right up. No rattle, they are awesome. The truck runs great. Thanks to all that gave me advice, it took a lot longer than I wanted but. It's awesome. Now for a new turbo!!!
