Well I took the fuel rail off, and checked the fuel lines. Found a couple that needed to be tightened. Re assembled everything, still no start.

Going to order a rail pressure, and fuel pressure gauges on the first.

Ok I spun loose the filter on the air dog, got plenty of fuel all over the driveway. Next I cracked the closest injector line, got fuel but not spraying out like I believe high pressure should. Next I cracked open the 4 th line back no fuel, or just a dribble. Now I am second guessing my self. But I did at one time get a rail pressure to high code. Going to call industrial injection.

I had a very similar issue. I had parked my truck at Home Depot for 20 min. Try to crank, nothing. Had it towed 2 miles to house, that took 6 hrs. My buddy who works at the dealer brought over his computer. Sprayed a little ether in intake and she fired UP ! Once running, he hooked up computer and checked everything. CP3 was pumping a little less that half capacity at idle. Bought a new CP3 and she's running like a champ. Bought a Exergy Sportsman pump from Wild Diesel Performance, excellent folks to deal with.

Got the pressure gauges installed, and got the new pump from II 33% over. But the pump does not want to seat, any suggestions? I don't want to brake anything.

One thing to also check is the wiring harness that runs against the AC compressor. There has been issues with chaffing and causing random shutdown issues.

Ok got some help from my Son, was able to push the pump on. Got everything hooked up and drum roll.... No start. But Hey got new gauges, and new cp3, going to need anyway. Going to put new cables on next. The no code thing really has me thrown for a loop. Now I can see the lift pump pressure, 18 psi. No rail pressure when I turn it over though. I don't know if that should show or not. Going to go over the wiring harness again. The truck just lost power and quit, no codes.

Putting military ends on the battery terminals, cleaned all the cable ends, will see if it fires after this. It's got to be electric.

Changed the ignition switch, shot in the dark. That did not do it, although nice and burnt.

Had it towed to a specialist, he says new injectors. BBI, or BD, or.... I think I like the BBI, but 3500, is a lot to drop, need to weigh all my options. Still want to add a killer Bee turbo, or one that will work great with my pac brake.

I would think that unless all 6 injectors are just dumping or by-passing fuel, you should still get some sort of high pressure reading. Stupid question, have you checked your line from the lift pump all the way the the cp3? Sounds as if your high pressure pump isnt getting the fuel or the pump wont let it leave...
