2005 dual rear wheel question

My owners manual shows rotating the outer duals with the fronts and then swap the inside duals side to side. When I was doing the rotate I noticed the inside wheels had a different part number on them. I wear the rear quite a bit faster than the fronts. The inside wheels stay on the rear without swapping the tires off those rims. I called some dealers and asked what the difference was in the wheels sense my spare is the same part number as the front and outer rears. They did not have a clue what I was talking about. I even talked to the parts counter at one dealer and they basically blew me off and would not look the truck up to see if it listed two different wheels. Am I the only one with a truck like this?

I thought the outsides get swaped and the four that are left rotate as normal. I have the guys cross the rears forward and bring the fronts straight back.

owned 2 new duallys and they come with and should stay with same tires. Did you get it new this way? Seems a bit fishy to me. . .
