2004.5 Rough Idle Question

My 04.5 started idling rough today and it seems to miss just a bit right off idle. It has plenty of power and only produces black smoke when I get on it with zero hint of whote smoke anywhere. Just having the problems at idle. I replaced the lift pump about 50K miles ago with an airdog and replaced the filters just a little while ago. I also checked the oil just tonight and has not risen and does not smell like diesel. Truck has 162K miles and has original injectors and no power adders.

Should I just run some cleaner through it? I dont really want to have to replace injectors but am willing if I have to. Any suggestions are appreciated.
