2003 5.9 won't start
I can answer you but I can't help you with a repair shop. I can tell you that the fuel gauges are not always reliable so if you are low on fuel might want to try adding some. A diesel engine if it has fuel and will crank over normally usually starts, so if it does crank over normally start checking for a fuel or fuel supply problem.
First, welcome to DTR! This site is full of good info and a lot if knowledgable folks.
If you can describe the problem on detail, odds are someone will be able to help you and save ya the cost of a shop visit.
Is it turning over freely but won't fire? Is it a dead key and just clicking ?
Tell us what the truck is doing, and what year/ model it is. Any modifications to it? Aftermarket equipment ?
