Unhappy 19800E Filter concern

Put the new filter on yesterday, but the new design seems way "looser" than the old one. Like the rubber donut at the bottom of the filter is larger. The old filters seemed like the seal was tighter and harder to push on. Any comments? Thanks, John

What kind of filter? That number doesn't ring a bell with me. Not sure what you mean by looser; and you push it on?

Scratch all that. Fleetguard changed the design of the filters. Change is bad! I was just a little paranoid, so I opened it up again and everything looks ok. Thanks for the response. John
That filter number is for the new 7 micron filter.

Fuel Filter... I had the same concerns when I replaced mine today.. the design has changed a bit.. the ends are thinner... oh well, it says "premier" so I guess it is better...

The new 'E' series filters are enviromentally friendly. Easier to destroy or burn than the older design.
