18-003-06 TSB and engine fan
I had the 18-003-06 TSB done on my 06 Mega Cab last week. (I had to tell the dealer about it because they weren't aware of any TSB's).
My mileage has increased by at least 1 - 2 MPG and the Tranny shifts much better. The shift points are smoother and in a more regular pattern.
The only thing I now notice is the fan is significantly louder and can be heard all the time if driving at slower speeds.
Anyone else notice this ?
