06 Mega missing?

Made it back no issues but it still doesn't feel right, at low engine rpm I can feel a slight miss and can hear more than usual injector noise my question is should I take it to my local diesel shop or tear into it and send them off somewhere what do y'all recommend

Yea I have replaced all six in my last 06 I had about four weeks ago then traded it off on this one for the space and six speed, think ill just have it towed to the shop in the morn its running pretty rough now and would hate to damage something else

Still missing its kinda odd sometimes it clears up don't know what to do though its not throwing any codes and don't know of any diesel shops around here, got to head home on Tuesday morning four hundred miles and scared I've for a bad injector oil level hasn't risen yet bit I'm scared it won't make it, it runs better highway driving but around town light to light it gets rough
I'm thinking injector/wiring if the problem comes and goes somewhat,,,
Mine was hazing black smoke @ Idle (But wasnt missing) and the Tech was able to Isolate all of the injectors and determined that # 2 was returning too much fuel,,,,,, glad its fixed under warranty!!!!

Replaced cylinder #1 injector and it runs better than ever quieter too adjusted the valves as well, ready for a programmer of some sort just not sure which yet

First off ill tell you about the truck its a 06 Mega cab six speed, exhaust is only mod truck has 105k drove it today four hundred miles to gatlinburg TN did great all the way nothing out of the ordinary drove it to dinner starts missing on the way back noticeable I could feel it idling and when idling in gear as well as when first accelerating, just changed the fuel filter, no codes, what do y'all think

Yep had It towed to a local shop for them to isolate the cylinders but they wanted eight hundred including injector to replace it so I got one from my buddy at the local dealer at employee discount pricing so it saved me almost five hundred LOL and it runs great again, I do run additive-cleaner every other tank
