I installed it on my 05 3500 when new so I don't know if the truck would have developed a wandering condition, but after 49K miles it still feels tight.

Update
Took my truck into the dealer this am. and here is what they discovered.
The tierod that connects to the pitman, is shot.
All this in 10K miles most of which have been highway miles.
So there you go...
