Should be picking it up on Monday, I will give you the details then. But yeah, it wont go in any gear and it turns out the clutch is okay. It just grinds into every gear. Prior to that, 6th gear kept on popping out during a drive while accelerating. When letting off the gas almost to a cruise, it popped out. We over looked it because we thought it was just a fluke but nope, it was the transmission, $3800 transmission + labor

I have had the 18-003-06 and that did not help. I don't see the 18-003-16 TSB on the site and my dealer does not know about that one either. Know where I can find info on that one so I can give it to the dealer?

yes, your added fuel pressure from fuel boxs are destroying your fuel relief valve in the rail, when you shut the screammin demon down the fuel drains from the rail, causing cp3 pump to reprime rail before ignition when you start back up, complete drainage of rail can happen in just minuetes after shutdown

*Update*

They have come out with a new revised version of the hard start TSB.
I just had mine re-flashed two days ago, and no hard starts yet!!

just thought I would let some of you know the new TSB is out!

Well I too am having the hard to start issues. Like others have said, whenever the truck feels like it. It doesn't happen often but it is embarrassing on a 45k truck. I hope to get it reflashed soon and we'll see what happens.
