I heard a slight change in tone at one point, but it sounds normal to me as well.
What exactly are you hearing that has you concerned?
You may want to add your trucks' model year and any mods installed. It may give everyone a better idea as to what, if anything, is going on.

Sounds loudest in front, did you try removing serp belt to make sure it's not a fan hub bearing or belt tensioner noise? Also do you have a vac pump for exhaust brake installed? Sometimes those vac pumps will make a hell of a noise when going bad.

Advocate of getting the ban button used on him...
Sounds pretty normal to me too. But diagnosing odd noises in the engine compartment on these is very hard to do with a video because there is so much other noise that gets picked up.
I did hear a different tone or even knocking type sound when you went to the front but still hard to tell.

i was little worried about the sound you here in the front realize common rail engine sound different bought the truck with 50% over injectors has s&b intake with ram air bully dog tuner with boost fooler built transmission engine runs good no blow-by does not smoke starts very easy just little noisier my opinion never been around any common rails thanks for all the help

Mine has sounded that way since the day I bought it new in '06. To me it's always been a little more clanky sounding than some others. But like I say, my '06 sounds exactly like what I hear in your post and it's been doing it for the 140K that's on it. Never had one problem with it - burns 0 oil, and the only blowby I get is stomping on it. At 65K I added a Smarty Jr set at full POD, and that adds slightly more smoke than stock, but understandably so.

Doesn't sound like my 06. When you rev it in neutral (2000 RPM) and let off the throttle does it idle smoothly back down to normal idle speed? Or does it seem to "step" down to normal idle speed? To me it sounds like injector noise. Does it ever take long to crank over and start?
My injectors were leaking and I had no smoke and ran good. Had a similar knock like yours though.
