05 4x4 front end noise.
05 4x4 front end noise.
I have had a noise in my front end for a couple of months now i first couldn't find anything loose or super apparent, but here the last week or so It has gotten worse so I jacked up the front end and checked for play on the top of the tire it seems normal, But there is a noise in the front left wheel when I turn it by hand now, and it seems to be in the same spot? That's the opposite of where i thought the noise was coming from.wheel bearing perhaps? thanks in advance you guys have always been pretty spot on.

Grease the front trunnion. They do get noisy when dry, should be lubed at every oil change.
Change the engine oil filter.
Inspect the exhaust system.
Inspect the brake hoses.
Inspect the CV joints (if equipped) and front suspension components.
Check the automatic transmission fluid level.
Check the manual transmission fluid level.
Check the coolant level, hoses, and clamps.
