I'd start with making sure my fuel wasn't jelled and checking my fuel pressure. Drain the fuel canister and then turn the key on- does it fill back up?

Are you still running the stock canister mounted fuel pump?

How about an update here. Hope it was something easy and cheap to fix.

I would start capping off injectors one at a time until I found injector causing the no start. Also check the batteries, low cranking rpm min 125 will not allow CP3 pump to build enough rail pressure.

Yeap, it is an injector issue causing a low rail pressure no start. Metal shrinks in the cold weather and return flow can go up causing a low rail pressure problem. The block heater keeps this from happening. Eventually, it won't start at all. Prepare for a expensive injector repair bill. You don't have long.
