03 No start
Yes, I may be learning this the hard way. I had no idea CR engines were so intolerant of dirt and grit. Also in the dark about the cost of replacing injectors. Thanks for the other info, though, as I may need to install additional filtering on the truck.
So I've got two of the Miller 9011 caps for the fuel rail and I've tried capping each injector in turn but still no luck - not starting. A shot of ether will get the engine to run for maybe one or two seconds but thats it. I'm sure I'm getting fuel to the rail. Hard to believe that more than one injector has gone bad at once. 
Should I do a return flow test while cranking at this point? Any other ideas would be helpful.

when my truck wouldn't start, this is what i did second ^^^, FAC first, this saved me a bunch of time, not money.
I still say if your common rail will not start, pulling the injectors and having them checked is good information.
