Talking A few things done to my 03

Alternator bracket replaced TSB.
Front pinion seal replaced (seeping not bad though)
Defrost door "acuator" replaced TSB done HVAC system.
All 5 clearance lights replaced after 2 1/2 years of ownership (stress cracks in all lens)
Aftermarket window tint TSB performed all four doors.(dealership also replaced scratched window tint "free").
#2 Injector replaced had a low RPM intermidate knock (cause leaking injector per dealer work invoice).
Also a couple of flash's done per TSB's (I do not remember right off hand the TSB numbers).

The good thing was all under warranty and do have a good dealership to deal with.

Anything mechanical will break down sooner or later on any of them Dodge,Chevy,Ford, etc, but it really gets aggervating when the dealership just refuses to work with you on legitimate problems as some has describe above.

That is the main problem. It only leaks under certain rain conditions. I run it through the touchless automatic car washes all the time and it has yet to leak from them. You sure think that would do the trick, but unfortunately it does not.

Mine does the same, and it's strange as it started a bit before 36k. I took it in, they applied a TSB for door seals, and when the first rains hits after a long summer dry spell it was still leaking when driving. It's been in a total of 5 times now, they're ordering more seals to fix it, all still covered by Dodge.

The only other problems that I've had were a driver's side visor that wouldn't stay up, and a slight oil leak at the yoke (?) on the transfer case, all covered by Dodge. A coworker bought a Dodge diesel after seeing how mine did, he has had zero problems, one of his family bought one, also with zero problems, another of his family bought a 1/2 ton Dodge, no problems as far as I know, and a friend bought a Dodge diesel, his only problem has been wind noise on the driver side door. One his friends will probably buy one soon, after seeing how well it did on a recent trip.

I bought mine in October 2002. Just recently replaced a leaking powersteering unit. It had a blown inner seal. Steered fine but had a very slight leak. Took a while for me to trace where it was coming from. Dealer repalced the whole thing instead of just replacing the seal.
