How can I check to see if my injectors are leaking .It wont start without starting fluid idles rough runs good after it starts p0236 keeps coming up and p1652 put new fuel pump in tank new batteries crank sensor air filter fuel filter still have to give it a shot before it will start?
Your rail pressure has to be around 4000 PSI before your injectors will fire. Giving it a shot of either lets the engine spin fast enough to do that. You probably have one or more injectors that are giving a high fuel return rate and causing it not to start.
For P0236:
Mopar1973Man's Dodge Cummins Articles - P0236 MAP sensor Too High Too Long
For P1652:

If it's only one injector issue, try to cap one injector at a time and start. It would start once the bad injector was capped.
