Which Fan Clutch?

Which Fan Clutch?
I have an 04.5 HO 5.9L Ram and the fan clutch is making a screeching sound when it kicks in. I see that the Hayden 3282 or 3281 are listed but it is not clear which one fits. Anyone know?
