Wrecked to New ECM possible problem?

Wrecked to New! ECM possible problem?
The truck was buried into a light pole. I replaced everything frome the gear case on the front of the motor forward. The truck seems to run perfect, the problem is the check engine light is on,the tach,cruise cont.,fuel gauge and the driver side front blinker do not work. The codes I got from Advanced Auto are P0341 CPS and P1689 Manf. Contrl.. Any Ideas? I've heard ground, but every ground I check seems to be fine. 2001 Quad Cab no HO 4x4 ,4" turbo back pinnacle exhaust, Fluid Damper

Posting the year\model\options does make troubleshooting a little easier.
Check all the harnesses in that left fender that run in behind the batt tray, the fuse block, down under the brake booster, up and across the firewall, and etc
