Wipers run continually

Hey guys
having issues with my 95; been sitting a couple years waiting on diagnoses & funds to fix tranny issues. Getting it all back up to snuff, & when I turn the key, or start the truck, the wipers run on delay. Only way to get it to stop is pulling the fuse. Any thoughts?
thanks

bad multi-function switch....

Bad ground... the wiper motor may be ground switched, but I think the "limp" mode for the wipers is high speed......
