Next time you hear it, push out gently towards the top of the door and see if the noise gets worse.

Years and years of slamming the doors gradually bends them outward at the top.

To fix it, close the door with a 2x4 holding it open around the latch, and gently push inward at the top of the door, gently.
Might be good to have the window rolled down in case your "gently" is not so "gentle".

Exactly what phox said, I've had to do it to mine and others, it will clear up the noise.

With my 96, it happens when the gasket attached to the door frame slides too far up. I slide it back down a bit and the wind noise is gone for a while. Someday I'm gonna glue it in place.

That gasket is too short on mine, Dodge probably saw huge profit gains shortening it by 2 inches for the 01 season! If I stretch it to the rear for the quad door I notice a wind noise for a while. Also, the quad door system is a little odd where it meets at the top center of the doors. Mine almost touch and occasionally after a bumpy ride the paint chips at this point. I would be cautious about bending the door frames inward until I checked for clearance at this point. Just my .02, Kurt

Make sure that the front edge of the door is inset just a touch from the fender first ( it shouln't stick out like a scoop). Then check your seals make sure they are all properly in place. With the door properly alligned and the seals in place if you still have wind noise then tweak the frame as stated above. Just tweak. I had several of these come in to the shop when the 2nd gens first came out. But I left Dodge in 97 and just assumed that they had fixed the problem.
