Looks good to me. Has it got some gages??? You will probably have to get into the fuel pump to find out what was done. Has it got the 5 spd?

Yes it is a 5spd and it has the guages but 260k miles scares me for that high mileage and also do you think how much he wants is too much? Should I try for a lower price

Miles arent too bad but you have to keep in mind the thing has probably been in a race or two. Id work with him on the price a bit.

I picked up my 97' dually 4X4 with 250K for $7500.00 and that included a BOSS V-plow that I sold for $1200.00. I would try to bring them down on the price. Just my 2 cents

priced a little high for standard cab. too many miles with a turned up pump. like said above it has probably seen a race or three, maybe even a couple of pulls

You guys are acting like getting on the throttle and putting more fuel to the fire every now and then just KILLS these trucks.. and then you do it yourself.

You're saying it'll be worn out by 300k? Geez, I better dump my 251k truck right now, mine has seen a 1/4 mile or 3, and 2 dyno days..

Point is, it's not working the truck that determines the majority of its life, it's the care that was given to it.

well you got to say...If it was in a pull was there any damage? if so was it fixed and fixed right? Maybe it was babyed, maybe it was torn up and now they want to sell it because maintanance is getting to high. I saw that truck on the net and would say that it might be a bit over priced for the miles. Cowboys toys bought a truck with more power and mods ( we found out it was a haislies pulling truck) and 140k on the clock for 8500 so it's your call. If you want a nice lifted truck keep looking. Here is one for ya....

That price isnt all that bad. It all depends on the part of the country you are in. Check it out. If everythingis tight with good maintanence I would jump on it. Someone always finds a better deal but how long are you willng to wait and how many miles are you willing to drive just to find a truck thats cheaper? I probably drove over 5000 miles when I was looking for my 95! Granted the trip to TX, where it came from, was already planned and it only envolved taking the trailer with me.
