Couple common issues......check the third brake light, gasket leaks and water runs down the channel and ends up on the passenger floor....check the heater core to be sure it isn't leaking and make sure the ac drain is open in the engine compartment.

And when all that fails......... go to the auto parts store, and get a 5/8" rubber heater hose elbow, and put it on over the AC drain.

Greenie drove me NUTS for over a year chasing that very thing. On mine, the fan was enough to keep the stupid drain from working, she has not dripped a drop since I put the elbow on.

yes mine on both times was the 3rd brake light and over head cab lights. Do not buy Recon lights you would think they could make an actual silicone or rubber gasket vise the foam crap. made my own gaskets and a small bead of clear silicone on the brake light.

Yeah. Did you remove the blower recently? I did...and when I put it back, there was a cable that got stuck in between, preventing a tight seal which allowed condensate to leak out onto the floor. It was so dark, I never noticed it until I got in there with a flashlight.

In the engine bay, passenger side, down low, you can barely see it below the heater box. It is a black plastic tube sticking out about 3/4". I used a bit of silicone around the outside of it to help keep my elbow from coming off, 5/8" is a touch big, slips on easily, but I didn't trust it to not fall off over time.

Sounds obvious, but make sure you put the elbow facing down.......

Unless you want a snorkel.
I just did the heater core on mine. Took about 4 hours.

i got under the truck the other day trying to find it, all i seen was a black push in fastener that holds the sound deadening material against the firewall. will crawl under again, once you get the drain fixed, will it stop sounding like theirs fish trapped inside it.

Probably normal for air to escape if you have the AC set on normal because it brings outside air in. If humidity is low then there shouldn't be much condensation.

Yeppers, that's it.

Mine never showed much drainage, but it sure got the carpet soaked.

I also used a coat hanger to make sure there wasn't anything obstructing the drain, there wasn't in my case.

there is moisture coming out of the drain, but it's also coming out of where looks like the black box under the dash, there's a round looking part of the black box that appears like it's going through the firewall but i can't tell, and it's really leaking, could the drain be clogged enough where it comes inside? if i could figure out how to put a picture on here i would
