Track bar slop

I got my new (to me) truck home today. There's quite a bit of slop in the front end and I'll need to go through it. The most annoying problem right now is a sideways jerk when I hit a bump. I've had bump steer before but this is pretty bad. Is there an aftermarket improved solution to this if I need to replace the track bar? It's a 2001 Ram 2500 4X4. I'm trying to find an exploded diagram for the front end so I know what I'm doing (well, more than I do now) when I start checking things out under there.

I've got it fixed. A new Moog track bar took care of it. I thought there was a lift kit on this thing but it's stock, just a tall truck.
