Towing mirrors on 95 dually??

I know this subject has been beat to death but all I have seen are people upgrading 01's and 02's... My mirrors are factory power but no heat. I can't see around my fenders at all, someone gave me some mirror extensions but I would like a permanent fix. Summer is on its way and that means horses and hay hauling... Power mirrors are a must but so is being able to see around my fenders. I have seen ****'s mirrors but almost $400 is ridiculous... Is there another brand out there or can I run to the scrap yard and purchase the bases off 01 or 02 trucks and get 3rd gen power mirrors?? This sounds costly but those ****'s are ugly in my opinion anyway...

heres what I have, work great but no power... I wanted power when I got mine, but for a little over $200 and good looks I can deal with no power.

You say 2nd gen but the description says 99-02. So I have no idea if there are any differences in the mirror bolting points or wiring...

99-02 is seccond gen, the mounting points are the same.

To keep the power IIRC you need a a set of the third gen mirrors for the electronics, and a set of seccond gen mirrors for the bases.

I think that they will bolt on the earlier second gens too. Kool-vue is making power heated tow mirrors, so you don't need to buy two sets and do the swap. Allthough on early second gens I would bet there would be no wiring in the doors for the mirrrors.
