Got the factor daully bde off and chassic ready for the flat to be installed tomorrer. Had four people lift and bed right off the frame, one of each coner. A big thanks to Black Mtn Diesel for useing there shop and there help. Thanks Tom and Will<br><br>pics to come tomorrer night

unplug all the lights and took out the diesel fill tank

Took out the 8 bolts holding bed to frame, I had to drop the spare tire and four of us lifted the bed off the frame.<br><br>Below is one ugle truck

The wetstuff onto of the rear diff is WD 40 that we sprayed on the gooseneck ball nut
