Sudden pulling to right
Steering is pulling to the right all of a sudden on roads where it never did this before. I replaced the front shocks. But can't think of any other changes. Tire pressure is ok. Would worn ball joints on the right be a possible cause.

I had a unit bearing go on my 98, and had similar problems. When I put the truck up on stands, I could move the tire in and out a bit too easy.
A couple other things to check, would be your steering arm ends, and your tie rod ends.
Ball joints are a possibility.

ALso check your track bar, and depending on the miles, the steering box could be loose. I recently replaced the track bar and installed a DSS steering stabilizer and the problems you describe were solved.

Perhaps a caliper is starting to hang up. Check for overheating on right brake. Replace calipers in pairs. The rears have some issues also but just overheat generally. You did not say pulled with brakes applied, did you?
