Steering Damper Part Number
You really don't need a part number. Just go to any autoparts store and give them your truck info.
You should be able to get a better than OEM quality dampener for around $40.
Beware that the job isn't as fast ans simple as it would appear. Sometimes the pass side bolt is hard to get out. I've had to use a pitman arm puller on them most times.

Thanks Bill. The reason I was asking is because I have already been that route and got one that would not fit. Wanted to make sure I had a cross over number to give them.
