I have a 01 3500 4wd dually and i want to make it into a SRW. What all do i have to do? I know there are spacers on the front that have to come off and a new bed or bed sides but what else? I have been told that the rear end is wider but does anyone know how much wider it is? I don't want to have to change the rear axle. I don't want it to look dumb and the rear wheels stick out 2in more that the front ones. If anyone could give me some help on what all needed to be done and maybe some pics that would be good thanks for the help

 

Where are you located? I have been wanting to do just the opposite to my truck, would be willing to swap out all the parts with you if thats an option for you, I have an 01.5 with rear disk brakes, the bed isn't really wider the flares are like fiberglass or plastic and can come off somehow> again, maybe we can work something out.
