spring hangers

I'm looking for a OE replacement spring hanger and shackle. Cant seem to find one that isn't for lowering and mine is twisted. i tow regularly and need a new one before mid June so any help would be great, and if someone knows off hand how bad it would be to change(haven't looked close enough yet) Thanks everyone

Brad

Check out www.moparpartz.com. They have Dodge parts for better prices than you can get through a dealer.
