Any idea why my seat belt light comes on after about 25-30 min and locks the seat belts? If you open the door it will release and work for another 25-30 minutes.

 

Do a search on here about seat belt module. Someone had the wiring diagram. What is happening is you don't have the constant voltage to it, only the door switch voltage. Might also check your fuses. Just for info the module is bolted to the underside of the seat, unplug and replug the harnesses under there(it might just be a bad connection).
