Quad cab wind noise or creaking near upper door latch

So ever since Ive owned my turck I have had wwind noise in cab when going over 65mph or so and also had some creaking noise coming from where the back doors latch to the roof while going over bumpy roads.

Then the other day my rear passenger side quit latching shut. So I took a look at it and the bottom latched had gotten so much road spray in it over the years it had seized up and quit working and finallly became so much of a problem the door wouldnt close at all.

Then I looked at the drivers side latch and same thing, it was also seized up. So I took them off gave them a good coating move-it and worked them back and fourth untill they moved freely again. I reinstalled them and they work like new. Both doors latch good now and the wind noise and creaking seem to have went away.

So I guess my reason for this long post is to tell you guys to take a look at the lower latches and make sure they are working properly, becouse for an hours work it was definently worht the time.
