every since i bought the truck in march my power windows go up and down kinda slow and ive noticed that if my door is open my lights inside the truck dimm and they go up slower when i us both at the same time is it time for new motors?? any suggestions will help thanks

 

Mine are a bit slow, too; I wonder if a good cleaning of the motors and window tracks might resolve the issue, or re-wiring with larger gauge to the motors might give them a bit more oomph?

 

start by replacing the "run channel" it's the black rubber/felt that the windows ride in. most likely that is the case. if that don't work then replace the motor/regulator. by the way don't go used cuz you will end up with the same thing you have now. that is my proffessional opinion.
