Power window wiring harness

Help, I need to change the rear driver side power window wiring harness on my 2006 dodge truck. I pulled the door panel off already and i am wondering if it disconnects on the rubber rectangular piece between the door and body.

I don't think so. I had a door problem and the wiring harness had to come out of the door and remain with the body. No quick disconnect. See picture
