Is It Possible???

Call me crazy, but I have a 97' Dodge Ram 2500 CTD regular cab, eight foot bed, and was wondering if I could take the cab and short bed off of a quad cab and place it on my frame. I really do not want to get rid of my truck, but the family will not fit in it anymore!!!

By the time you got done, and spent all the $$$$ to do it, you could have had a 1st class job done by someone like these guys.

I like the mod on the picture! My truck is an automatic, only 88,000 miles on it, and a dealer will only give me 9,000 for it. I'm in Colorado by the way, Denver to be exact.

I do not think it would be worth it to change it to a quad cab. your money efforts would be better placed into finding a different truck.

The RC LB chassis is a different wheel base than the QC SB chassis....even if it did work without MAJOR frame mods you would be much better off finacially, to just sell your RC and buy the QC.
