Paint Change

Call me crazy, but I've been thinkin about getting my truck painted....from stock "White" to Patriot Blue.

Has anybody changed the paint color of your truck ?

How much do you think it would cost to git-r-done right ?

I was figuring ~$4000 to get mine done later on this year or early next spring, whenever the paint finally fades clear through...

Geeze, you guys have some expensive auto body shops their, I was thinking of getting mine done with patriot blue main, with a gold trim at the bottom, and the estimate for total job, with clear coat is $1500.00...

Infidel,

I agree, you get what you pay for, and the $1500 is on the high in down here in Georgia. I do not know what the yankee's can get away with up there, but you are kept honest down here. $5000 minimum??? That might be with metal flake, 4 coats of paint, and 5 coats of clear or something, but I can get three painted for your one..

And this guy works at the local dealership repainting trade ins...

not to mention his side work that is freakin awesome....
