no low beams

started looking over the weekend to fix my issue, no low beam lights.
I put in a new lightswitch, put in a new multi function switch, still nothing.
I was running out of time yesterday, so i only got to check one of the bulbs.
it didnt look like a blown bulb, but it didnt look quite right either.
what are the chances of both bulbs blowing the low beam at the same time?
what else can i be checking?

Your trying to fix something the wrong way , the way that many people complain about how dealerships fix things , " by throwing parts at the problem " .
Also at the wrong end , start at where the issue is , the lights , pull the plug off the back of the light bulb , use a test light to see if your getting 12 volts to the bulb , if not work/test your way upstream to the switches ect.
Anything is possible , what I have found is that the driver does not always notice that one goes out , but does notice when both are out .

I had the same issue with the lows beams not working. What I found was a wire would come out of the connector near the steering wheel every time I used the tilt function on the steering column creating an "open" in the circuit. The fix is to push the wire(s) back into the connector and use a soldering iron to melt the plastic connector to keep the wire in the connector. Next unwrap the wire bundle cover tape some to provide more room for the wire bundle move and give.
Hope that helps.

Most tilt steering seems to do that , try using the still function as little as possible , because of having an auto repair shop for a long time , and all the fixes I have had to do , I almost never use the tilt in anything I own .

Exact same thing happened to mine. Used RTV to help hold the Purple wire on it's connector.

It can happen. I was coming back from CO and was wintry weather so I had my headlights on all day. When I got to Omaha it was getting dark and noticed I had no low beams. Luckily the Ram has crappy headlights anyway and mine were covered in road grime so I didn't get too many complaints from oncoming traffic. I ASSumed my switch was bad so I bought one and replaced it. That didn't work so I started checking voltages. Both low beams were burned out, I felt like an idiot. I always believed in the KISS principle(Keep It Simple Stupid) but didn't follow it.
Glad you got yours figured out.

Where is the relay located? I looked in the manual for my 95' and I didn't see a location.

I don't think there is a relay on the 95.
