new mirrors

hey guys my dad just bought a 35 foot fifth wheel. He has a 98 3/4 ton Dodge 2500. We were wondering if the fold out towing mirrors off of a newer model Dodge would fit his 98?

Any information would be appreciated.

Look at the ****'s. They put the stock fold out mirrors to shame as far as visibility is concerned but they do take some getting use to in the looks dept. I love mine!!!

I put the fold outs from an '02 on my '98. perfect fit. You can find a set of aftermarket electrics like the ford slide out model that will fit also. I put them on my '98 and then swapped them to my '02 because I like them better for field of view. But I like the fold outs for easy access!

I have the 02 folding mirrors on my 97.. Work great.

KoolVue and **** also make aftermarket models. At the time, the OEM's were on sale and I got the set for $300 so I went with that. Didn't need power and don't have heat controls.

I have the aftermarket Kool-vues and am happy with them. They match the stockers in every way, including the shakes!

Guys with ****'s say they don't shake like the stockers but I don't like the way they look.
