my new switch...lol
i got the switch from auto zone... like 3.99 i think... everything was very easy... this is a standard switch and the instructions can be found hear on dtr... it is as simple as putting a jumper in place of the trans relay... and finding the orange w/black stripe wire on the pcm center plug... you run a wire from there to the pos side of the switch and then ground it... and the light you just run it to a 12 switch fuse... and then find a place to mount it... i like the location but i will have to figure out a way to keep the wires from binding behind the airbag... also remember to take off the neg terminal from both bats and touch one of them to the pos side of the bat to discharge the truck... or you could have a date with the airbag...lol... to install the switch i just took a small bit and marked the spot, drilled a small hole... checked the angle and location, and went to one of my large step bits and ran i straight through and you will want to keep it as close to the air bag a possible... install the switch wire it up and put the air bag back on, you will need a tq's bit and a 8mm socket to get the air bag off... well if you have anymore q's just ask me i will help in anyway i can... thank

Exactly what I thought.
Is the wire going to get twisted on multiple wheel turns?
Will one get an oval imprint with a dot from the LED (or the actual switch itself) in the side of their forehead should the airbag go off in an accident?
