My fan only works on High

Trying to fix all my problems that have been accumulating over the last few months, my fan now only works on high, someone mentioned the resistor pack, where is it located on a 2001 RAM pickup. TIA

The reistor pack is on the passenger side underneath the dash. It is held up there by 2 screws.

It is also not guaranteed to be the problem. I think it is most of the time, but my '98 has the same problem, and I replaced the resistor. It did not help at all. I'm thinking it's the switch.

Resistor pack replaced, fan works fine, the thing was broken and had a melted connection, must have gotten some hot.

I just got the same problem; the only thing I could think of was I was jump starting my dozer and sparked my jumper cables and noticed the fan problem shortly thereafter.....
