More 01 Steering stuff

With new tie rods, track bar, ball joints (Moog) the wandering continues to get worse...So
I think its time for more repairs/upgrades
(my OEM steering box has had it).
Is there anything out there better than the Red-Head box? ....
I need Heavy Duty the plowing is hell on the front end of this truck.

Is there a steering brace ect. (like the DSS) that will work with the Western Ultra Mount that is in the way?

A while back I stumbled across a thread on converting the Tie rod set up from "Y" to HD "T" ....Could somebody enlighten me on those Part numbers?

Anybody have recommendations on replacement springs for the front to level this thing out and help it carry the weight of the plow?

I thank you all in advance.

Thanks scooter

I now have the Borgeson "Dodge Box" and steering shaft on its way along with a HP PS Pump and cooler, also have the "T" style tierods ready to go in.

All I have left to get is the steering column bushing fix, vaccum pump seal kit and some new front springs.

Who has some good recommendations on a set of front springs to help carry the weight of the plow and push the front end back up to where it should be or even an inch or so higher??

I've been thinking of Carli springs myself. They would normally give 2-3" lift, but with the heavy plow would probably be 1-2" (just a guess, don't quote me).

You haven't really looked or don't have enough miles if you think you're done. What about gauges, fuel, cracked dash, VP or tranny? Then you get into chips, injectors & turbo(s).

When I said Done I was refering to this little frontend job.

Got the Gauges and Chip covered with the Juice/Attitude
VP is still running strong....

Well the dash is cracked... but ya know what for a 10 yr old work truck I really dont care.

Tranny is built like a tank and put the Con-O in back in January

there is no more mods til they are needed as replacement parts for worn out stuff

Exactly what I'm going to do....just waiting for the money tree to bloom. Yes, even though I already have springs.

That crossover T system looks really simple to put in... Can anyone verify that I won't need any additional parts other than what are listed on mark74?
