master cylinder reservoir seals

master cylinder grommet seals
well i replaced the master cylinder with a rebuild from NAPA and all was well first 2 hours...and then i popped the hood and noticed that there is a small leak from both rubber grommets ...what to do? yes i still have the receipt for the master...i think the seals were just installed improperly....but they dont sell them by themselves unless someone knows where?
