Clutch master cyl. reservoir question

I am - slowly - converting the auto to NV4500 and got new clutch hydraulics from SB. These hydraulics (master and slave etc.) are typically for 2nd gen. trucks. The reservoir has a built-in bracket that gets fastened to the firewall at an angle that keeps the fluid in the reservoir level: is that right? What happens if you're off level? Reason I ask is that the angle of the firewall (where the dimples are, for what I think are the mounting screws for the reservoir) and the angle of the bracket do not level the reservoir.

Since a picture is worth so many words, y'all who have converted your auto to 5 speed and y'all with stock 5 speed and/or upgraded tranny and/or hydraulics, could you show where your reservoir is mounted?
I'd appreciate it a good bit

Jimbo: thanks for the picture! When you have a chance, a little closer would be really helpful, meanwhile I sure do appreciate the quick response!
Did you upgrade your hydraulics or is this factory setup?

sorry billut! i totally had a brain fart and forgot about taking a pic for you. i'll get on that asap tomorrow. as far as the hydraulics go, i couldn't tell you if they were upgraded or if the setup from the getrag was kept. i didn't have the truck nor was i around at the time of the nv5600 swap. i'll ask my grandpa when i talk to him again soon and see if he can recall what was done.

no worries jimbo, I'll be back working on the truck this weekend.
from your first pic. it looks like the original setup. I bet you like the NV5600 on that truck. I drove a '98 3500 6 speed a few times on a job couple of years back and really liked the pull the gears gave on the truck and trailer.
Thanks for taking the time to shoot the pix!
