losing my lights/turn signals

Hey guys- My headlights have been blinkin on and off periodically at night over the past couple of nights, and now I lost the little green turn signal arrows on my dash when I flip the switch for the turn signals. There's no clicking either. I did notice a hot plastic smell the last couple of times I drove the thing at night....any ideas? I just ordered a new headlight switch from NAPA b/c it seems like I can wiggle the switch and get the lights back when they go off. Thanks. -Josh

its common for the headlight switch to go out pull the bezel off and take a look at it.
