Loosing low beam

When I tilt my steering wheel from the upright to a lower position I loose the low beams. I have checked the wiring under the steering wheel as I have had a previous problem there with the wires pulling loose from the connector but cannot get it to repeat the problem by wiggling and pulling on the wires. Any ieas on what else I can look at. It doesn't affect the high beams.

Well since it only does it when you tilt the wheel, then it has to be around the same area. Kinda sounds to me like you have a broken wire now instead of just a loose connection. Try pulling on the wires and you might find one stretch.
